Apprentice landscaper

We are looking for an enthusiastic and fit person who is keen to start or continue an apprenticeship in the landscape industry.

You will work alongside other apprentices and senior team members, who will provide you with training and great opportunities to develop skills in all aspects of hard and soft landscaping. They include:

  • Hard landscaping tasks and construction including working with bricks, blocks, stone and timber, paving, concreting and building retaining walls.
  • Soft landscaping tasks including turfing, planting and installing drainage and irrigation systems.
  • General duties including setting up and cleaning a work site, delivering or preparing materials, using and maintaining equipment, tools, vehicles and machinery.

You will need a current Victorian drivers licence and must have completed your construction induction (white card).

Qualified landscaper

We are looking for a strong and hard-working qualified landscaper to work on civil and commercial landscaping projects throughout Geelong and Melbourne.

You will have a minimum of 3-4 years landscaping experience with an emphasis on strong paving skills. You will be able to work unsupervised and use your initiative in the following areas; paving on mortar base, brick and block laying, concreting, irrigation, fencing, retaining walls, timberwork, stonework and knowledge of reading plans.

You are able to work independently and have the maturity and leadership to supervise junior staff. Besides practical skills, you will be a strong communicator and understand the fundamentals of professionalism; turning up on time, appearing clean, presentable and polite and taking pride in a tidy and well-run site.

You must hold a current Victorian drivers license and construction induction card (white card).
